Mini Fassona beef tartare with avocado
Smoked salmon with guacamole and crunchy vegetables
Ravioli with venison ragout filling served with a local cheese fondue
Risotto with Acquerello rice, lemon and prawns
Tender glazed beef steak with spinach timbale and duchess potatoes
Crisp tuna medallion with seasonal vegetables and mixed oils
Light chocolate custard and ricotta mousse
Midnight toast with sparkling wine, ‘panettone’ Christmas cake and grapes for good luck. Firework display weather permitting.
Diners will be entertained during the meal by the lovely voice of Lisa Cassol.
Dancing after midnight!
€ 150.00 per person, including Sauvignon/Merlot wine and transport there and back on a snow cat.
Kids’ menu (up to 10 years of age) € 35.00 for first and main course, dessert and transport.
